With over 35 years covering a multitude of Supply Chain roles for a leading Multinational company I have acquired a host of Quality skills that can help your business achieve greater business success.
 

Traditionally Quality has been viewed by many as solely conformity & compliance so SQS Ltd provides expertise that helps businesses simplify, improve & audit their Quality Management Systems.   However, we also provide bespoke support to project teams exploring more innovative ideas & opportunities across their Supply Chain whilst maintaining, or indeed improving their quality outputs.

Martin is recognised for his European experience in Professional Quality Management with extensive success from applying sound technical Quality skills spanning R&D, Supplier Assurance, Manufacturing (inc Co-Packer Manufacturing), Warehousing, Distribution, Marketing/Sales & Careline Support. The diverse spread of previous roles across Homecare, Personal Care, Food (Ice Cream/Savoury/Spreads & Beverages) provided valuable insights to proactively identify & help correct many business risks.

 

Martin has a background in Instrumentation & Process Engineering (7 years), Manufacturing Leadership (10 years), Homecare & Personal Care European Quality (7 years) & Market Operations Quality (14 years).  Key personal strengths cover crisis leadership, change management, communication, analytical skills & team development.

 

Martin is Company Director of Stewart Quality Services (SQS) Ltd, a company formed to provide a range of bespoke quality services to support Food, Homecare & Personal Care Manufacturing Industries and their Warehousing & Distribution networks.
